Because of the user friendly interface, most customers need very little tech support. Assist 5.0 for Windows comes with 60 days of free technical support. An optional maintenance plan is available if technical support is needed beyond the 60 days. Tech Support hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  Option B Support contract customers can schedule after hours support on an appointment only basis.
